Snowball Drop Reduction

Per request, this mod removes snowballs from multiple drop tables, reducing the inventory spam in multiple biomes. Snowballs will no longer drop from ground drifts (flooding inventory during combat) or from the trunks of trees, but will still drop from the heads of trees, when smashing snowmen, and can still be found in biome chests.
