This makes me realise I went from being pretty knowledgeable at Insurgency modding, to almost completely forgetting it all lol. If I can find my folder of insurgency mods somewhere, I should be able to answer in more detail. though I did at one point, lose a bunch of my mods, and mods in progress due to hdd failure I think.

I think It was called VTFEdit, after opening up the game files with GCFScape. But I think most of the change in appearance came from editing some sort of text-based properties file, rather than the texture itself. But I can't remember much of this.

can i ask what app you use to edit the water texture file and which file and the file location

otherwise, try putting the downloaded mod file into steamapps/common/insurgency2/insurgency/custom

are you having the same issue in solo?

reinstalled the game but for some reason mods now don't work like before what the devs did?

i acculy don't see it see like its on wiremode?

if you haven't already, see if you have any better success on solo mode. Otherwise, I'm not sure. Might need to reinstall the game or something. Another thing you can try is to copy the downloaded mod into common/insurgency2/insurgency/custom
