Description

In short, this mod quadruples the default build time for both robots and machines.

Originally, this mod was created prior to the growth changes in 3.0 where robot and machine assembly speed was ridiculously slow compared to organic empires.

Nowadays this is just a straight speed increase to pop growth for when you just want to speed through the game. It should apply for both the player and the AI but this hasn't been tested.

How It Works

Pops have a growth/assemby progress bar that must reach 100 before a new pop is generated. Before bonuses to assembly growth, robots earn 2 points per month towards this goal, whilst machine empires earn 4 points.

This mod simply reduces the required amount of points needed to assemble a pop by a factor of 4.

If this is too fast for you, consider using Build Robots 2x Faster, the sister mod to this one.

It's gonna be a bit because of the pop growth changes, I'm not sure if that affects anything or not.

I'll look over it this weekened when I have some free time.

I put it at the bottom of my load order and it didn't make any difference, will it change games in progress?

@Armedwithpuns Mod is still working fine for me. You'll need to check your load order, making sure this mod is below anything else that modifies pop growth.
