If you can't even stand your own company then how can you expect other people to? It's insane to feel entitled to someone else's time. Just because YOU have nothing to do and want attention, doesn't mean people should drop everything to support your needy behavior.

Accept people as they are, but place them where they belong. You are the CEO of your life. Hire, fire and promote accordingly.
