This is a game about life as it is about death.
You will cry. You will think about your mortality.

The game is also very fun, relaxing, and quaint.
Lots of mini-games, lots of managing your resources, figuring out recipe combinations, learning things about your spirits, fulfilling quests...

Highly recommend.

Pros:
-Cat puns ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everywhere.
-Very casual gameplay, can easily get OP. Easy to just get back into whenever. (As a working lass, this is a pro for me)
-Open-world, fun to do every single quest on the overworld.
-Progression with movement was pretty nice, imo. Made it easier to traverse in late-game.

Cons
-Not a lot of versatility with gear. I just chose whatever gave me the best magic stats that yielded the least amount of downsides.
-Story ends pretty abruptly in the end, was disappointed.
-Some of the writing is pretty cheeky, but I think it fits the overall atmosphere of the game so I'm not complaining too much. Had a good few laughs.

Would only recommend getting it on sale, being that it is an extremely short game.
Bf and I finished the main game in less than 1.5 hrs and spent the rest of the time looking for true ending mechanics.
Overall fun puzzles.

Really fun turn-based strategy. Immediately addicted.
Different islands with different terrain and gimmicks.
Varied playable squads with customization options.

Absolute gem of a game. Can't believe it's $14.99

Pretty fun to play with your SO or friends. I'd highly recommend going chronologically through the sections to develop the strategies/conventions with each other. I recommend labeling your bomb manuals and having pen/paper on hand.
My only critique is that some bombs depend heavily on RNG to get you the least time-consuming modules because even if you and your partner has it down, you just can't go fast enough. And I think some modules assume you have some things memorized.
Replayability in workshop items and also freeplay modes.

Really relaxing world-building game.
Evolve things at your own pace or follow task prompts to guide you.
Was really addicting and I finished it in a few days.

I just wanted to play an underwater survival game
I didn't know I was going to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ my pants constantly.

Love the atmosphere, exploration, base building, item progression, and how they integrated "story" into the world via voicelogs/datalogs. There are still a few minor bugs, but doesn't really get in the way of gameplay.

I have never felt more alive.

Trying to 100% the game with my sister atm.
We make a pretty good ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ team and we just naturally fall into roles each level.

There's always something new you have to figure out as you progress in the game. It's very fun, and I love trying to come up with strategies for each obstacle. Very impressed with this game and all the cool mechanics we have to overcome together!
