Just about anything I try to do crashes game, whether be just checking technology or trying to save game.
I do meet hardware requirements yet it makes my CPU 100% and memory between 95% and just outright crashing while I have no other memory-draining programs other than Steam.
I can't even rate other parts of game-play because of this.
