Whenever I get Ethernet problems I always know what I am going to play.
Sort of a turn based game in real time with Upgrade System of every component of your space ship which you can also pick from big veriety [Unlocks]. Its also challenging and got updated with tons of new features [long time ago by now].
One of my favourite "Chill Games".
Even if you play on easy and everything goes as smooth as possible, once you catch a fire or run out of shields you know u are nowhere safe any more.
You start of with different amount of crew members and there are diff species with their own + as well as you can hire and get more.
Its better if I stop explaining of how great the game is and just get it and have a go at it.
You wont regret it if you are a strategy lover.

So its been 3 months since steam launch and they haven't released a single update adding anything to the game!
Even if devs were on holidays for 1 month and its ok for an excuse once but 3 months in a row?
Game is dead
Servers aren't fixed
Promised updates are postponed, even visual update for already existing items are on hold while there were presented 2 months ago...
Literally another SCAM company.

Welcome to Early Access folks!

Crucial bugs/things which are still here after a month:
Level cap is 41 which at most could be leveled up in a few hours.
Some skills will take you weeks to max level, while others are done in few hours at ease.

Un-minable ore: after one hit with a pickaxe you cant mine it anymore.
Unregistered fireballs to NPCs until you find a sweet spot where you have to run around for a few minutes to find it.
Teleporting named NPCs as if they are having 3000 ping issues while all other mobs around are fine.
NPCs spawning on you due to server issues.
Resources like ore/plants/NPCs not spawning for >2 min every single time you run to a different spot just beside the one you jsut were inside the same location due to server issues.
Trees regrowing through foundations and blocking movement and light inside buildings while other important resources like clay/ore/food/animals never spawn again even beside the buidling/plot.
MMO with no global chat or chat history where you could be chatting to someone but after a crash which are very often you have no way to chat back.
Loading screens are now longer and kick you out of server more often.
Plot boundaries change if someone connects or disconnects their plot to/from yours making it a griefing target.
Recent patch made it impossible to jump over fallen trees.

Balance issues are all over the place.
Even after their recent storage balance update, huge expensive chest has the same storage as a little cheap one???
Stack sizes have little logic behind them.
Same level and family type items have exactly the same stats with one exception, their names...

~99% of jewelry crafts are useless.
~80% of meat is useless.

PVP is dead, you can only find fully naked clans with pickaxes or people who run away as soon as they see you.
PVP combat is so bad.
PVE combat is even worse.

There is no getting rid of 5000 spears you just crafted or chainmails when you level up your skills so what you do is manually drop it out of your inventory (40 slots max) and wait for them to despawn.
There is no way to salvage even a fraction of the resources you spent on those crafts as there is no recycling.
Every level of the skill is the same crafting procedure.

There was an update with storage increase/decrease so for that update to take place you would had to manually deconstruct your whole structure around chests to have them removed into your inventory and placed back for the different inventory slots number.

When a "hotfix" is being implemented they shut down the servers...

They really have to step up their game as the online is dropping, updates are taking ages to drop and bugs are not addressed in the manner they should be.

I wrote this from my passion to the game and if they address those issues I believe they will bring guaranteed success to the future of Pax Dei.
So please hire more people and make it a Top 10 game of 2025.

Also the upgrade packs are so pay to win.


Other than that the game is cool.
