It takes a special kind of person to enjoy this game. The biggest issue is the new player experience is horrible. Months of irl time is needed before you get your character to a relevant level, and even then if you aren't paying and subscribing with multiple accounts you are not playing optimally. Until those things change I don't recommend for the vast majority of people.
