One of the most important things in any game is how the developers treat it and their players.

Deep Rock Galactic is a great example of that. Even after many hours, the game still feels alive. It keeps getting updates, seasonal events, and small details that show the devs genuinely care. There’s no aggressive monetization, no feeling that you’re constantly being pushed to spend more money. You buy the game — and you get the game. Simple as that.

The core gameplay loop is solid and satisfying, especially in co-op. Missions stay fun thanks to procedural generation, class synergy, and the chaotic moments that naturally happen with a good team. The atmosphere, music, and overall style give it a strong identity that doesn’t wear off over time.

It’s rare to see a multiplayer game that respects both your time and your wallet while still delivering consistent content and improvements.
