My friends and family may call me by my birth name, but mostly everyone just calls me by my artist name, Remo. My passions include, listening to music and producing my own music, writing lyrics, playing all sorts of different games in my spare time, watching shows or movies (especially cartoons, as you can tell), and going to the beach, one of my dreams in life is to live right next to the sand on a beach and just make music and play my favourite games.

When I was in primary school, at age 10, I played the violin as my first instrument. However, I eventually grew to dislike the teacher who taught me, so I switched to playing the snare drum in a percussion band and I really enjoyed it. I had a friend who said it would be cool if my nickname was "Remo," since the snare drum I played was branded "Remo" and the name sounded very close to my real name, "Remus" On the way to school, if the radio wasn’t playing, my dad would put on CDs by artists such as The Beastie Boys, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Outkast, and many more. The list of hip-hop artists we listened to felt endless, and I really enjoyed it. Looking back, I think all of those things inspired me and led me toward my musical passions later on in my teenage years. That same friend who came up with the "Remo" nickname also introduced me to the R&B genre, and I quickly fell in love with it. From there, I started exploring how to make my own beats and sing over them to give people the same feeling I got when I listened to independent R&B music. It’s a crazy feeling, hearing songs with that kind of deep passion, and it motivates me to try to return that feeling to others.

When I was 6 years old in 2008, the first game I started playing was Burnout on the original Xbox console. We also had an old computer, which my older brother and I played a game called Age of Empires on, you can still get it on Steam today but back then, we had it on a DVD that went into the computer. I also remember playing a game called Risk: Factions, which you can’t play anymore because it’s completely shut down. Later on, as we grew up, we got the Xbox 360 probably around 2010. (My dad wasn’t much of a gamer, so we had to bug him to get one) On the Xbox 360, we played game titles such as Grand Theft Auto, Call of Duty, Assassins Creed and much more. We loved playing Zombies and split screen together me, my brother, and later on, our stepbrother along with many other shooter games like Halo and Battlefield which were our step brothers favorite. Then came September 17th, 2013, when the best game series ever dropped GTA V on Xbox 360 soon after, on November 22nd, 2013, the Xbox One was released. We were excited as heck to play our old games on a next-gen console. However, it wasn’t until Christmas 2015 that we finally got our hands on it. We got it in a bundle with two games. I forgot what the second one was, but I’ll never forget one in particular: Rainbow Six Siege, one of my favourite games of all time apart from the GTA series and AC series.
