The definitive wargame. It is the culmination of the series, even taking elements from R.U.S.E.
Pros:
The game UI is finally really good. The new AI auto features for arty or supply, or any group of any units. Seize, Counter battery. etc.
The path finding and even the AI enemy is better.
Deck building is interesting and adds continued revenue streams for Eugen,,, err i mean replay-ability. half joke. I understand the DLC model. Excluding units. etc. More on that in cons.
The maps are mostly mid grade A few stand out great maps and only maybe one map I hate.
I am very happy the game has less bottlenecks than in previous titles.
Like in the first wargame, European Escalation, so called junk units have a place, all units have value and building a deck that has some of everything is powerful. Small 20mm auto cannons can kill leos for example.
In the past I was only a destruction player, now I enjoy conquest more. It forces movement and I enjoy that. otherwise i would be a turtle and never do anything. claiming well i held my sector and I didnt need to advance. too risky. i have arty.
Servers always run great, get a better pc if you are having issues.

Army general, while cool can be tedious af and I grow tired of it very fast. I have played maybe 3 hours of that. The AI is just not worth my time.
Deck building, again its nice to add limits but once in a while I want to play all of nato or all of pact. they used to have it limited before. less activation points. Those were my favorite deck.
Maybe some other game modes?
Maybe some map packs instead of Deck packs?
Deck packs are a con imo because they are intentionally withholding special units to put in dlc and its just lame but also I do understand why they need to make money and as long as they are cheap I will pay. 5 dollars for 2 decks is the precedent, bro dont price hike! (warthunder)

Its the best RTS around. It has given me hours of fun competitive play with wild comebacks and cool things happening all the time. It feels realistic. well thanks for reading. im too lazy to fix any grammar errors.

This game is amazing. Most complex city builder / management game I have ever played. Its great to see things working after hours of building. If you enjoy learning, trial and error, working out complex rail systems or even trading with Nato or Pact to make money, this is your game. If you are looking for settlers or manor lords, this game might be a bit much for you. It is highly rewarding though and I love a good challenge.

Okay so, i have only 21.5 hours. The game has been out for a decent amount of time, yet I only have 21 hours. I want to love all of this game. I do really love almost everything. Straight to what I don't like because again, I love almost everything. The game is kinda boring. We have a great foundation. But it feels so loopy. Like over and over the same thing happens. War then peace, then war again. The game is most certainly finished and don't exactly know why it feels lacking. Well anyways hope we get some flavor dlc or something. Gonna leave a thumbs up. but really right now the game is only a 7 of 10

I can't say enough good things about this game. I love the feel, the history, the realism, the gameplay. I love to just put on like Ken Burns The Civil War in the back round and play out the war in the game. I try to match up army groups with the actual commanders. I try to play in a more of a role play fashion than just trying to smash the enemy. Even though I enjoy both. And the difficulty settings are very good. It doesnt feel cheesy like Total war games where you just have the enemy cheat on high difficulty. Great game. I recommend to anyone from all areas of interest. Wargamers, historians, strategy gamers, relaxing casuals. Worth full price. Would recruit Indians again. 10/10

Trolls and boring. Even hackers / cheaters. I have 10 friends to play with very rarely. Everybody when asked to play says boring. Unless you have 8 or more friends, with microphones, forget it. Boring game.

The best RTS ever made. Eugen has stepped their game up in terms of listening to community and giving out great DLC prices. Community is strong with die hard members. I love everything about this game.

A really great game. I love that the devs are still adding features. It runs so smooth. No bugs that I have found. Nothing I remember anyway. I really hope this game grows! Willing to buy DLC!

Easily the best shooter of all time. I am 33 years old and have been in the gaming world for about 25 years, I have played or looked at shooters of all types, COD, BF series, Rust, Tarkov you name it. They all were fun, but when it comes to simulating real combat this is the only one. How do I know what real combat is? Well I don't, but I have seen 100's of hours of unedited footage. Throughout history, no matter the conflict. Go-pro footage from Syria, or Iraq is some of the best there is when trying to understand firefights. I can tell you with confidence this game brings those moments to life.

The sheer adrenaline during gameplay is enough to give me combat fatigue, and often after playing I have to kiss my wife and tell her I love her and lay down for a while and reflect on the horrors of war. Running out of ammo on your primary and switching to secondary to gun down another foe is something you will never get tired of. Emotions like terror not knowing who is around the corner, joy in victory, sadness in defeat, excitement firing machine guns, bonding with teammates. Amusement when seeing a motorcycle fly by with IED strapped on it and blows up your base.

This game for me is hands down top three best video games of all time. ALL TIME

Watch as time melts away and you suddenly are home sick from work after stubbing your pinky toe. This game will suck you in with its endless management. I have played many of these types of games and this one is the best hands down. Ready to build an empire and have the feeling of ownership? I am.
