Grapple

I play Tribes. I always play Tribes. Other people play other games. I play Tribes. I get frustrated by the game, but still play Tribes. Nobody really plays Tribes anymore, but I still play. I am now the caretaker for the crypt. It is my duty in life to play Tribes. Some people are carpenters, some musicians, I play Tribes.

I have watched people move on to other games. I have watched as people play battle royales But I don't play such heinous things. I study and optimize flag routes on an empty map and upgrade my hardware constantly to more efficiently play Tribes. One day I will make it so the game doesn't lag in an 3840x2160 window. Until then I will play in 1920x1080 like a normal person. At least if that normal person played Tribes at 480hz.

I am the guardian. I am the Tribes lover. Other games will come and go, but Tribes will remain eternal as long as I live, for I shall continue its flame. Sure, I could try to play newer games like Fortnite, but then I would have played a new game and thus destroyed the potential for what that game could contain. I know what Tribes contains. I like Tribes.

Other people no longer seem to like Tribes. That is fine. I am used to being alone and hated. I wish people didn't hate my love, but they are perhaps jealous and feel I should be with a different game. But other games don't give me the thrill of skiing across vast landscapes, making captures with my spinfusor. You may have sex, but I got SHAZBOT.

I play Tribes. I always play Tribes. If I am not playing Tribes, I am not me and you should be concerned.
