It's pretty awesome to play,

the battles and atmosphere, gaming etc. are well made and makes the gameplay really cool
Only badass if you buy the blood dlc pack, but since it's very cheap it is totally worth it.

The game handles about the ancient japanese clans in war and fighting each other, it's fun without DLC and if you become a real fan of that like me, the DLC's are really worth it.

If you are a newcomer to total war series, you should go easy on it and take your time first to understand everything, but from all of the total war series, this one is the best one.

Pro:
+You can have a slow PC and still set graphic on max. to enjoy the full epicness of the game
+From all Total War series, the easiest to understand and start to play
+Blood DLC Pack is totally worth it and very cheap
+You can have hours and hours of fun without getting boring, I got alraedy many playhours on this game
+DLC's are really worth it and exicting if you get more and more into this game
+The landscape and battles are beautiful to watch
+With bots it's even funnier than with real players

Contras:
-Bots are pretty obvious, from time to time you recognize what they can and will do.
-The cavalry is almost useless against bots since the enemy's army is always half full of yari warriors
-If your army is too overpowered the enemy will just gtfo and run away too fast

Still playing with my buddy. Community is full of Nazis and crazy Psychos, but it's pretty funny. It really needs skill to play it, No perks, no upgrades, no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Beside the cool gameplay you can experience, the community is just funny as ♥♥♥♥. I've never seen a lobby without germans or russians actually, hehe. You can really have fun with everyone, skilled or not skilled. It's amusing as ♥♥♥♥.
