The website for FF14 is so old and poorly designed i can't figure out which of my 2 old accounts is linked to my stream and my steam keys do not work on their website

Keep getting an error that i don't have the game and can't buy subscription cuz the game tells me to use their website and i cannot for the life of me find the area that will allow me to subscribe, all i can find is to update my payment info which i did and to buy crysta, neither of which is what i'm looking for

Support site is just as bad if not worse, looks like ♥♥♥♥, functions like ♥♥♥♥ and does not help what-so-ever, had a bad opinion of the game because i played the demo, didn't like it, tried to come back, could not recover password cuz back then to reset password it said to log into your account, which needed the password

Not the type of game you can come back to after many years if you forget your password, terrible website 0/10
I wish i could get it to work but no matter how long i spent googling and trying i can't find what i want and can't get anything to work propperly
