Your Steam Profile level needs to be at least 20, 2 years old acc, own at least 100 games, 1500+ hours in CS:GO, only accepting oxford graduates, Have a Phd in the dark matter studies, If you're older than 25 don't even bother, be married, have at least 2 kids, after adding me you are expected to divorce your wife and throw the kids in the street (these little spawns of satan). ---and much more to follow up later---
