Phoenix Combine (Old Group)

The Phoenix Combine's structure has been changed significantly.

The rank structure of the faction has been modified and somewhat simplified, we hope this will allow for better organisation within the group. The Assemblies, High Council etc. have been dropped out in favour of a simple and unified rank list. Naturally, jurisdiction and authority is still dictated by rank.

In addition to that, the Archon rank is abolished and the Master rank, which is to be considered as the faction's Co-Leader's rank, is now limited to one holder (currently kostas_gg). Remaining previous Archons have been placed to the Commander spot.
