DotA is a team game, we need a team in order to play. For those that are on the main roster, it is crucial that you can attend the practice times in order to improve with the team.

For every practice missed without contacting another team member before hand you will be given a -1 score.
When the score hits -3, then a member that was on the reserve will take your place.

When we started, as captain I used to dictate the item builds, ward positions, skill builds, aggression, and every little thing.
NOW I will no longer do this, instead as captain I will only focus on giving an objective to each player and each player decides how to meet their objective.

Example:
Trilane: Try to take early tier 1
Offlane: Hold your tower and watch rune
Mid: Get strong enough try to gank their 1 position farmer
#5: Help mid win his lane (can be either put up a ward, gank for him, give regen, call mis, help control rune)

The purpose is to let people make their own calls on item choice, skill build, aggression, defense. Also with these decisions each individual must own up to their decisions. Divine rapier before boots, dies, GG. Not a good decision (situational).
