2017 SISCFG

1. All rules apply to all players and admins.

2. Manipulation of game settings, your configs to gain an advantage, or any other disruption to gameplay will not be tolerated (i.e. cloning, malicious or excessive team-switching).

3. If not a private match, no derogatory remarks may be made to other players in public/team chat. If you have an issue with someone, bring it to me or message him or her privately.

4. There are no reserved "slots" on any SisCfg server. First come first play. If a player disconnects and rejoins he shall inherit his former position. Disconnect/Reconnects over 5 minutes go to the back of the queue. This includes admins and your friends.

5. Any issues should be brought to attention of admins using game chat or copy and pasted actions from game play, please present in a semi-formal manner rather than using terms like "they raged/griefed." Please be specific as this individual will undoubtedly ask me for more detail.

6. All bans / kicks should be appealed to BK for reinstatement directly, not done by your friend on your behalf, not mid game.

7. No harm in asking why you are banned, could be a mistake, feel free to ask.

8. Process of reinstatement after ban = simple. Message me for details.

9. Any banned/kicked user found using an alternative ID to play will be immediately and permanently banned.

10. Smoker should not attack last standing person during tank attack. Smoker can attack last person when tank is done or has not spawned.

11. There are "teams" or "new game new players new slots." Siscfg does not enforce this because we have MULTIPLE SERVERS. If you need to play with a specific group of players, please use an empty server.

12. The only exceptoin to Rule #11 is when BK approves beforehand of team matches (they should be scheduled).

13. If playing on Siscfg ENGLISH and not ES, players may prefer to be on teams where they understand the language spoken. Please accomodate if possible.

14. Inappropriate SPRAYS are not allowed. You will be warned before kicked, and kicked multiple times before banned.

15. We have a ping kicker set at 250ms. If you are above this, you will be given 5 warnings. If you are kicked for excessive ping, please do not rejoin server until your ping has been lowered.

16. Inappropriate language is not tolerated. Siscfg users range in age from 10-50. No excuses for vulgarity, even if joking among friends in PUBLIC matches.

17. Spectator chat should be kept to a minimum.

18. If 4 spectators are present at the end of a map, the losing team must swap out to accomodate a new players and the winning team. If there are only 4 spectators a mix is possible if, and only if, all previous specs who wish to play are allowed to do so.

19. Per the above rule #18, if the winning team repeats for an additional win and all 4 wish to play a third map, they must use the mix function by typing !mix. If !mix is not present, a mix by a manual majority vote will serve as substitute.

20. REPORT ALL PROBLEMS DIRECTLY TO BK (when not possible an adimin)... NOT VIA A FRIEND, NOT IN-GAME, BUT BY PM PLEASE.


REGLAS 2016 SISCFG & SISCFG ES
1.- Todas las reglas aplican para todos los jugadores y admins.

2.- La manipulación de las configuraciones del juego, tus configuraciones para ganar ventaja, o alguna otra ruptura para jugar no será tolerada (i.e. clonando, malicioso o excesivo cambio de equipo).

3.- Si no es un partido privado, no escribas comentarios derogatorios a otros jugadores en el chat público / equipo. Si usted tiene un problema con alguien, cuéntamelo a mí o sino envíale un mensaje a él o ella en privado.

4.- No se puede reservar “slots” en cualquier servidor SisCfg. El que primero llega primero juega. Si un jugador se desconecta del servidor y vuelve inmediatamente, obtendrá de nuevo su slot. Esta regla de reconectar y volver a su slot solo se aplica hasta los 5 minutos, si transcurren más de los minutos estimados, tendrás que volver a la cola de los espectadores. Esto incluye a los admins y a tus amigos.

5.- Cualquier problema deberá señalarse a la atención de los admins, usando el chat del juego o copiando y pegando las acciones del juego, por favor presenten lo dicho de una manera semi-formal en lugar de utilizar términos como “they raged, griefed.” Por favor sea específico en cuanto a este caso, de todas maneras pregúntame para más detalle.

6.- Todos los bans/ kicks deberán ser hablados con BK para el restablecimiento directo, no se ha hecho esto por su amigo en su nombre.

7.- No dude en preguntar porque está baneado, podría ser un error, siéntase libre de preguntar.

8.- El proceso de reposición ante el ban es simple, mándame un mensaje para los detalles.

9.- Cualquier jugador baneado o kickeado encontrado con un ID alternativo para jugar con él, será inmediatamente baneado permanentemente.

10.- El Smoker no deberá atacar a la última persona en pie que quede durante el Tank. El Smoker podrá atacar cuando el Tank haya muerto oh no haya regenerado.

11.- No está permitido eso de “equipos armados” o “nuevo juego, nuevos jugadores, nuevos slots” Siscfg no cumple esto porque tenemos MÚLTIPLES SERVIDORES. Si tú necesitas jugar con un grupo específico de jugadores, por favor utilice un server vacío.

12.- La única excepción a la Regla # 11 es cuando BK aprueba de antemano los partidos de selecciones (que deben ser programadas).

13.- Si estás jugando en Siscfg INGLÉS y no ES, los jugadores pueden preferir estar en los equipos en los cuales entiendan el idioma hablado. Por favor acomódate si es posible.

14.- Sprays inadecuados no están permitidos. Serás advertido antes de ser kickeado, y kickeado varias veces antes del ban.

15.- Tenemos un kickeador de ping alto fijado en 250ms. Si tu estas por encima de eso, se te dará 5 advertencias. Si sales kickeado por el ping excesivo, por favor no vuelvas a entrar al servidor hasta que tu ping haya mejorado.

16.- El lenguaje inapropiado no se tolera. Los usuarios de Siscfg tienen un rango de edad de 10-50. No hay excusas para la vulgaridad, a si estés bromeando con tus amigos en partidas PÚBLICAS.

17.- El chat de los espectadores deberán mantenerse a un mínimo.

18.- REPORTA TODOS LOS PROBLEMAS DIRECTAMENTE A BK, NO A TRAVÉS DE UN AMIGO, NI EN EL JUEGO, POR FAVOR.
