I'm having trouble getting the "free" items from the store... I keep getting a message saying there was an error during the purchase. My friends got them on their first try... is there a bug? Can anyone help?

Could you please clarify the questions about "remnants"? Even in your new DLC i found this "item" but still no answers to that in the WWW. I guess it would be very helpful for the community.

Hi Shiro Games. I really like Wartales. I've played it for 325 hours now and I'm buying all DLC's.
Of course, there have been optimization issues with DLC releases before. But you resolved them quickly. Now it's been almost two weeks, and you haven't fixed the freezes. How come the game only works when the internet is disconnected?
Your inaction has led to an increase in negative reviews of what IMHO is one of the best tactics of recent years.
I'm disappointed by your silence on the timeline for fixing the optimization issues.
I sincerely ask you to fix the bugs, restore your reputation, and give the game's loyal fans hundreds more hours of playtime :)
