Community group for redditors to meet up and play with fellow redditors!

Starting at 1600EST/2100GMT and going through the night!

I figured we should start things off with a community night :) As we have players from all across the globe, it's hard to find a time to suit everyone. These times seem to be the best compromise: late afternoon US/evening EU/day OCE, so everyone should be able to join in at some point.

There's no fixed end point, but players will inevitably start dropping off after a few hours. I'll keep the thread updated for players wanting to join in late so they know if things are still going.

If you haven't used it before, it's a completely free and easy to use VOIP program. I'm sure all of you will have used it at some point, but if not, let me know in the steam group chat if you run into any problems and I'll do my best to give you a helping hand.

When the community night starts, it would awesome if you could join the steam group chat. Just makes it easier to see who's online, talk to the community and organise games.

At the start of the event, and possibly at points throughout the night, I'll be holding open meetings which anyone can join. I'm wanting to have some discussions to determine community opinion on the state of the game, SHG and the state of the franchise as a whole. I'll be recording segments from the raidcall channel, but only from the discussion channel. I will obtain explicit permission from all users I record before doing so, so don't worry about me capturing your voice without your authorisation.

The Raidcall rooms are pretty self-explainatory. If you're wanting to play a certain game type, then jump into the waiting room for that lobby. If you can get enough people together, then party up! If you get enough people interested, then you could do custom games.

RULES:

This is supposed to be a community for people to get together and have fun. Anyone caught being abusive towards other players will be banned. You know what's banter and what isn't, I don't need to spell it out.

...I'm not a nazi mod, I don't want to ban anyone. Be civilised(ish), have a laugh and make some friends!
