cannot find any servers for watergate in both East n West US. n australia. liked this map. it looks like dishonoured

how can you install the plugin for a computer not a server because me and my sister like to play with each other and we like to spawn in tf2 bots to play with.Can you help me or send me a message on how to install the plugin if you can then thankyou but if you can't it is okay i just wanted to test the map on my own and practice the gamemode.Bye
