Proposal for Grouping System

After a few discussions with Kai, we have decided to set up teams
Like an A, B, and C team.
These teams will be based on ranks. And trials. But also, If your a good player but not such a good team player, you might not get it.

Proposal Follows

[A] Strat Caller (The best leader in HWTG, talks strategy)
[A] AWPer (Main sniper, counts people moving with scope etcetera. A good Sniper)
[A] Entry Fragger (First one in, Last one out. Fondness of explosions required)
[A] Support (That dude which just always has a spare flash)
[A] Scout (Confuse the Enemy Side by using decoys, flashbangs etcetera)
[A] Reserve (Backup Player)
