Welcome to FIRE/TEAM.

Hello all welcome to FIRE/TEAM, the casual yet somehow successful (Milky would have you all believe its down to him) squad group. The main aims are to get a group of great people who don't take life too seriously together to play squad.

Saying that, however, I do try to inject some sense of organisation and professionalism during combat, mainly focusing around the idea of fireteams. This idea splits the squad up into two parts, each with their own leader codenamed 'Alpha' and 'Bravo' this helps me (or whoever else is SL that day) organise the squad into specialized groups to hit key objectives and frees up the SL to worry about the big picture and leave the micromanagement up to the fireteam leaders.

A fireteam consists of 3-4 people, each with their own leader, medic and Anti-Tank. The setup below is simply a guideline, not a rule.


Alpha
Alpha usually takes the Support and Suppressive roles, so grenadier and AR are best used in this fireteam, making sure the enemy are keeping their heads down, and more importantly are distracted, while Bravo sweeps in.

Bravo
Bravo takes the Reconnaisance and Assault roles, going in first and hitting hard when assaulting and covering the squad from attack when moving.
