Oh yeah, these announcements exist. Oh well, posting this late gave a chance to fix a couple problems with the upload over the past few days.

Changes Include:

(tl;dr now works with Steam release)

Updated meshes and textures to live TF2 versions
- Updated texture export script for GIMP 3.0
Model uses new TF2C animation files
Added decapitation model
Added Global disguise skin and HUD elements
Updated file paths for various material and texture files being shuffled around
Added respawn cam tip portraits
Updated some HUD elements to better match those in the Steam release

Femme Pyro Casual Workaround Mod Released!

Recently, a workaround for using custom materials on models in Casual was brought to my attention. Was going to try poking around with it myself, but Liteflame on GameBanana's already beat me to the punch.

Please make sure you follow the instructions they've provided!

And please let them know that their work's appreciated! Also, please keep in mind, there's a lot of femme pyro files to juggle. Don't be too hard on them if there's issues, they're fixing what they can, and the method for getting this to work is pretty janky.

I suspect there's going to be issues that just can't be fixed, because you're basically tricking TF2 into displaying the materials with cached memory with this method.

Still, femme in Casual in 2023? I'll take what we can get!
