1) Purchase the game*
2) Play until Squence 3 Memory 1
3) Find Cafe Theatre and go to the Club Hall
4) Select "Search for club" and look for 'maleware.avi'
5) JOIN!

I urge you do purchase the game now, it is a very good experience and a massive improvement upon the previous AC games. Plus it has up to 4-Player muliplayer co-op! Whatcha waiting for?
