( + ) On hit: Stun the enemy for a certain amount of time and deal a set amount of damage every tick depending on your Ubercharge (For every 1% of uber, target gets stunned for 0.1 seconds and gets 0.1 seconds of tick damage which is 2 damage. So 100% uber is 10 seconds stun and 200 damage. Now, this may seem OP, but just read below.)
( - ) On hit: Drain ALL of your uber
( - ) On death: Any stunned enemies are unstunned and fully healed

Okay, so I was looking through the addcond commands and I found this one:
Crouching causes the player to appear to be a Dispenser of the enemy team to enemy players. As a side effect, forces the player's speed to 450 Hammer Units/second (diagonal movement is at 520 HU/s). Swapping weapons while in this state will cause the player to briefly stop moving, then return to 450 HU/s. This condition also causes Sentry Guns to ignore the player.

I thought it was pretty cool, so lets make it into a spy item!

Melee for Spy
Base: Knife

Base: Shovel and Kukri
Model: The Victory mug for the Soldier and the #1/#2 mug for Sniper

( + ) On Hit: target is engulfed in flames
( + ) On Alt-Fire: Take a drink from your mug, giving a temporary speed boost and 50% more awareness (Sounds like cloak and sentries are amplified) for 5 seconds. Recharges after 10 seconds
( - ) -50% damage penalty
( - ) On Alt-Fire Finished: Become 20% slower and 50% fatigued (Sounds are quieter, yes, every sound). Lasts for 3 seconds

Base: Bonk! Atomic Punch

( +/- ) When eaten, shout "Little small over here!" and become 1.5x smaller. All damage has a 50% decrease. Fire 50% faster whilst under the effect. Move 25% faster whilst under the effect. Lasts for 10 seconds.
( - ) Have the tendancy to get stuck afterwards
