Destruction PDA for Engineer

( +/- ) On building destroyed: Causes building to explode (dealing same damage as a rocket from the stock rocket launcher). Damage from building exploding also affects own buildings, halfing their health. Marks enemy for death for 10 seconds.

( +/- ) Shoots rocks (Sandman balls that dont stun), which fall in an arc. Headshots stun enemies for the same length as a Sandman ball, but halved. 1 ammo is loaded at a time.
