New Server

Hi all,

As you will probably know we had a problem with our last server not updating properly.

The hosting provider had not provided a fix after two days and so we've brought a new server from a different provider. You can find it by searching for Old Eden in the games list but you will need to add it to your favourites again.

It's about the same set up as before but PVE mod is currently off pending an update.

Apologies for the downtime, but all is fixed now!

Upcoming PVP Event

Hi all,

Just a reminder that one week from tomorrow we switch to the monthly week of PVP mayhem.

Now would be an excellent time to stock up on guns, ammo, explosives and make sure those walls are armoured, because on the 23rd we turn off PVE mode and turn on 'Anything Goes' mode.

If you're stuck short of a resource or two give an admin a shout, but ultimately it's down to your planning and resourcefulness.

Get busy!

now that i have had a look how about the one in the bottem right corner 4000rock 836429099leaf it looks like a huge map and would be cool after the next wipe

Well that's cool if everyone else agrees, but this is a unique opportunity to choose the maps that you like from the list on http://www.playrusthq.com/map-gallery to get the ultimate map! We've had this map for 2 months now, and a change is always nice, but only to what we think is an improvement.
You can also create a map template at that site too, and if it's good we can consider that.

what about the one that were on now. that would be fun because ik were al of the stuff is and it would be easyer for mr to settle down to rust

With the next server wipe coming up next week(?) I thought it'd be fun if the group had some say in the server maps. So, points your browser here http://www.playrusthq.com/map-gallery and have a look through and find some you like. Our current map size is 4000 so you should be able to gauge this against those in the list.

Let me know as soon as possible your choices so we can narrow it down and test a few out just after the wipe... The sooner we choose one the sooner we can all start building!
