A group for all

Daily we see political discourse being shifted further and further to the right-, progressive reforms being reversed, fascists being elected, masses drifting into poverty, military rhetoric pushing to fuel the flames that escalate ongoing wars, and the environment - the basis of human existence - being destroyed for the profit of view. The rich, the elites and the dictators of the world are profiting not only due to us all being exploited of our labor and our critics being suppressed, but they also benefit of the past mistakes and sectarianism within the left. This absurd status quo is only able to secure its reign cause there is no movement, no force in the world to challenge it.
The splits of the Internationales were a major influence on the world's current political outlook. There used to be an enormous movement of class continuous workers and leftist academics. There was first attempts at establishing socialism, unions became a significant factor in politics and steps towards a better future were made, but what happened?

An atomized left was the result of its own uncertainty and opposing opinions within the movement. Various different views and ideologies developed from splinter-groups and parties that used to be unified in their goal of a new world led by the ideal of an economy by- and for the people and a fully egalitarian society. Meanwhile imperialism, then fascism and later neo-liberalism, had exploited the weakness of the fractured left and were able to atomize the masses. The left was further divided and conquered, whilst blaming itself of mistakes made, but even many battles lost doesn't mean a war is over.

There is us - individuals, friend groups, collectives, unions, mutual aid groups, political parties and youth organizations.

We aren't supposed to fight one another over which tools or strategy suits best to achieve collective peace and prosperity. We shall be benevolent, complaisant and gracious to one another. The questions of 'how to change the world?' cannot be answered by one or few, but by us all. We need to gain back the masses trust in our movement and the first step to do so is by breaking with the tradition of fighting one another and to become a non-sectarian movement, a welcoming one. It is a tough fight for change, but one we have to take. We need to come together in a friendly and compassionate manner to be able to put up a fight, on all fronts, against all injustice.

Even at times we aren't able to work together, we shall be separated in good faith. Instead of arguing we shall wish for each other to succeed. Critique of one another shall be constructive and empowering. We shall live and work along side by side in solidarity. We shall be building the world we want to live in. We shall be the architects, carpenters, floor layers, plumbers, brick layers, window makers, painters, electricians and roofers to construct the house that is the future of our world.
