They've finally given a release estimate for Survival mode, some time at the end of February. It's apparently going to be free but they're also adding a paid map DLC at the same time. They say it's going to work like the Payday DLCs where only the host needs to own the map for everyone to be able to run it.

I'll probably host it for a day or two after it comes out so people won't have to waste money on it assuming it's not some retarded $15 ♥♥♥♥ even I don't want to pay for.

Optimization patch live

Patch 1.0.2 is live, supposedly fixing a bunch of bot behaviors and optimzing a bunch of other ♥♥♥♥. Fatshark has also announced the first new content patch is scheduled for December 3rd, it's going to add in red rarity weapons, new weapon traits and new systems to better influence your loot rolls.

Only played one game since the Sigmar Blessing. It actually ran pretty smooth but I still had everything set to low.

Next major update looks like it's going to be some fort called SchluesselSchloss west of Ubersreik, odds are it will be the promised survival mode possibly with undead since SchlooShclaa was apparently held by a vampire at some point but probably just with more skaven.
