Being Garry

Hello SBs. Join this group if you want to play some fun mutliplayer in Garry's Mod. I don't have too much experience with all the different modes but that's why we got Bza. Just join the group if you're interested and we should have a scheduled event real soon. Hopefully one that will fit all manner of time zones. We'll be playing:

Trouble in Terrorist Town (requires cs:s)
Murder
Prophunt
Deathrun
Jailbreak

Note that the mode "Trouble in Terrorist Town" normally also requires Counter-Strike: Source to be installed. If you like to tinker though there are mods that will get things playable even without the game. I'm looking into writing a short guide on the How Tos for this.

So here's that guide I was talking about that you need to follow if you don't own Counter-Strike: Source and want to play TTT with us. I haven't tried it myself but it's got good ratings at least. What I can tell though is that you'll need to download some BIG FILES for it to work. I'm guessing around 3 GB of stuff so start out in good time.

but should only be a last resort as he considers it to maybe be outdated.

For everyone now: Hope you guys saw the scheduled event thing as that is going down TODAY. We can move it one or two hours back and forth if it suits people better or just be generally flexible about but chime in any which way. This of course doesn't have to also be the last time we do this kind of thing. You should all have permissions to create Events for this Group so just go ahead if you feel like it. It's not like this thing serves any other purpose.
