The Purple War has started

This is a space created to promote gender equality around videogames, and to raise awareness about all the types of violence that women get through when they get into gaming.

People of all genders are welcome here.

Feel free to share with us any experience that you lived ingame or around it. We'll be here to support you for anything you need.

Sexism is not acceptable anymore. No more "Go to the kitchen", no more "Suck my d*ck", no more "♥♥♥♥*ng girl", no more calling women "baby" and similar, no more ignoring the female players, teams and leagues. No more silence around this matter.

Luckily the word "player" has no gender in it: let's make that a reality.

The Purple War has started.


Find friendly and respectful gamers to play with. You can introduce yourself, tell us the games you like to play, maybe your rank on them, and that way find teammates that will make your gaming experience safe and comfortable.

Tell us your own experience. If you got harassed, stalked, insulted or whatever ingame you can share your story with us on the discussion sections, or send it to our email address (you can find it below). We will give you any support you need, and also we can share our opinions about the best way to face these annoying situations.

Send us a screenshot of the situation you lived. If you agree we will post it on our Twitter and Instagram account so that it's possible for everyone to understand this situation we're trying to change. Your personal data will always be protected (your nickname will be censored). Also if anyone wants to report the profile who harassed you or your friend, they will be free to do so (we will not censor the harasser's name unless you ask for it).

Help other users by giving your opinion and supporting them in case they decide to share their experiences or their point of view about any matter related to this.

Use the tag ingame. You're always welcome to use it if you want to help us become bigger!

Invite your friends. If you know any people who are respectful and might like to join us, don't hesitate to drop them an invite to join our group!
