2) Non-Agression Treaty between all nations that sign.
3) Economic and Military support for all signers in any case of war.
4) Each member's military will be controlled by a joint board of military comissioners known as the Allied War Council.
5) Creates an Allied Treasury for each nation that signs the Pact. This Allied Bank is an international place for each member to get money for any projects.
6) Supreme Allied Headquarters (HQ for the Allied War Council) is based in Florence, Italy.
7) Military access for every member that signs.

The Pact of Steel is to strengthen anyone who joins in a bond that can stop any major or minor attack upon this group of nations. Let everyone in this Pact be as strong a steel alone, but stronger than courage together!
