Kinger is shown as erratic and paranoid, unable to commit acts of bravery. He has also seemed to have gone crazy in his time in the circus, shown when he starts acting randomly. He is seen often forgetting people are near him and being startled by them.
He has been in the Circus longer than any of the other characters, which Jax believes is why he's the most psychologically unstable of them all. Even Zooble believes that Kinger would have been the first one to go abstract due to his paranoia.
