!mvpvol option is Now AVAILABLE to ALL Users!!

•ALL USERS CAN CHANGE MVP VOLUME using command !mvpvol <specify the volume within 0.0 to 1.0 range>
•ONLY VIPs CAN USE CUSTOM MVPs. (Custom MVPs will not play for normal users)

Changes are affected ONLY IN PUBLIC CASUAL AND AWP SERVERS.

THIS TWEAK WILL BE ADDED ON 10-11-2020

1.AK-47 gun will not be available to CT side.
2.M4A4, M4A1-S and FAMAS guns will not be available to T side.

This update is to maintain the fair-play in the community!
