Made by indies for indies, Indie X is a games event normally housed in videogame trade fairs which aims to promote a selection of the best international indies who apply in an awesome showcase with tons of networking and experience sharing!

Each summer, we open game applications and carefully select around 50 indie games Finalists to showcase in an event around November. If we're holding a IRL live edition, we offer selected Finalists a free booth at our area in our host event to show their games and qualify for our Award Ceremony prizes. We are also showcasing Finalist games with livestreams and interviews with the creators online on Twitch and a Steam Event + Sale of all Indie X Finalists from this year and the past 2 editions as well!

This year, Valve‘s continued support by letting us hold an Event + Sale on Steam for the fifth year in a row remains one of our yearly highlights and allows us to launch an indie game sale with this year’s 50 Finalists and the nominees for Best Portuguese Game and Games For A Better World awards. Check back October 23 – 26 on Steam.

We will be holding our yearly Indie X Award Ceremony October 23rd at 21:00 (GMT) online RTP Arena[twitch.tv] Twitch channel. This year's winners will not only gain accolades but they'll get a special featured spot on our Steam Sale that goes live right after the Award Ceremony ends. More info on this later!
