After a brief siege, our forces captured the city of Kazan. The fall of Kazan provides us with the Volga Military District, which we will be recruiting another army from. This new army will be designated as the 9th Army. The 1st. 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Armies shall halt their advance until we can decide on a plan of action.

The newly raised armies, the 7th, 8th, and 9th, will be stationed along our southern border once they are at full strength.
