If a Lycra-Person has enough chromosomes (estimated to be around 79,493 in total) they can briefly transform into horrendous mutants.

Lycra People are strange, morphed humanoids that were infected with Chin-Chin's chromosomes. Lycra grew over their skin and (most) of them became devoted to worshipping the Dark Lord and/or screaming at people who were lucky enough to not be transformed during the Chinpocalypse.
