To belong to this group you must:

-Always seek to rebel every round and every chance given
-Always pick the rebel option in LR when possible
-Never give up a weapon, i.e dropping when asked to (unless it has no bullets)
-Never snitch on other terrorists attempting to rebel
-Spam doors to disrupt terrorists doing orders

Good ways to earn a promotion is to invite people into the D`Rebel group, be on top of the scoreboard in Jailbreak as Terrorist and wear the tag often.
