Regular players on the "Nice People Only Please" server

I tried running Steam Update a bunch of times, restarting, etc. with no luck.

I submitted a support ticket to gamehost.co and am going back and forth with them about the problem. Unfortunately, I'm only able to get online a couple times a day because I'm visiting family, so each round of correspondence takes a while.
