The American Civil War (1861–1865) was a civil war fought in the United States of America. In response to the election of Abraham Lincoln as President of the United States, 11 southern slave states declared their secession from the United States and formed the Confederate States of America ("the Confederacy"); the other 25 states supported the federal government ("the Union"). After four years of warfare, mostly within the Southern states, the Confederacy surrendered and slavery was outlawed everywhere in the nation. Issues that led to war were partially resolved in the Reconstruction Era that followed, though others remained unresolved.

1- Three announcements per Administrator per day. Two annoucements per member per day.
2- No announcements of marriages, adoptions, alliances, or trade agreements. These types of annoucements will be deleted.
3- No editing or deleting announcements that are not yours.
4- No Spamming. ( Events, Annoucements, etc )
5- No bashing, keep everything gentleman like.
7- No massive arguments in comments
8. NO poaching of Generals or politicians

1. You must give the enemy 24 hours to
respond.
2, No European interference.
3. No artillery spamming
4. Only DEFENDING forces can camp TO A DEGREE(historical)
5. You must fight for cities AND counties in staes to conquer them.
6, No unequal fights 1v2, or 3v2, or 2v1 etc... unless they want to fight before there time alloted runs out.(This should be a rare occurince)
7 One battle per engagement, no back to back battles or more than one occuring at once.
8. No bringing in random people to fight battles, they must be established generals of the Faction
