Snitch Hat | final name: Le Petit Mouchard

So, a guy just came up with an idea, and as i thought it was a good one, i made it, and i want to know what do you think about it:
Image with 3 class variants and 3 colors[dl.dropboxusercontent.com]

It's already finished ( That was fast! ) but i want some opinions befoe uploaing it to the workshop.

(For those who don't knwo, it's suposed to be this[farm6.staticflickr.com] )

I made a pair of screnshots, because i changed it to be paintable and have a team-based base color:
Heavy and demoman, RED and BLU[dl.dropboxusercontent.com]
Spy, 2 example paints [dl.dropboxusercontent.com]
