Snitch Hat | final name: Le Petit Mouchard

So, a guy just came up with an idea, and as i thought it was a good one, i made it, and i want to know what do you think about it:

It's already finished ( That was fast! ) but i want some opinions befoe uploaing it to the workshop.

I made a pair of screnshots, because i changed it to be paintable and have a team-based base color:
