StarryPy has been updated, and everything is more stable all around.

Claims are working well enough to start testing with other people, so message me in-game and I can make that happen for you.

Claims will be limited to 'Registered' users, and all that means is that an admin has to give you that rank. After that, you can claim up to 5 planets (testing; this will probably drop later on). Here's some rule-ish stuff.

* Don't bother claiming anything in the spawn system-it'll probably get wiped.
* Don't claim warp gates. The protection isn't in place, but if you do this and I find you you're gonna get demoted to unregistered, which means no more claims.

The server itself has also been upgraded. We doubled RAM most importantly, along with some other improvements. This should keep us a lot more stable, but let me know if you see anything going wrong.
