Recommended SERVERS

Hi Folks,
Let's build a small database of Favorite SERVERS here. Granted this is only for as long as it takes for US to get a SERVER up and running.

Keep in mind, some of us are west coast, others east coast and several in Central America. What works for some may not work for all (aka lag).

Note: !BDC! has two servers I know of.
