I see we had a similar idea with the "All" checkbox - I have added "Craftable" checkbox which displays weapons and apparel you can craft right now (depending on your reasearch and worktables built).
Good job with the translations! I will include them in the next update. Do you have any idea for Russian translation for the "Craftable" checkbox? I know some Russian (I am Czech), but the word "Craftable" is diffitult to translate even to Czech :D.

Can you upload updates in to cloud or github too? I am not have game license)

To view all weapons in the game, including ones that are not researched or that you cannot build right now (like if you want to plan ahead), this is one way:

-backup your savegames because these steps cannot be undone
-enable all your mods that add weapons
-start a new colony
-enter Dev mode in the options.
-open Debug Actions
-click Finish All Research
-enable God Mode
-build one of each workbench that can make weapons, including all buildings from mods
-open the Weapons tab
-uncheck all options except for "craftable"
-wish there was a way to export all that info
