In response to HyperTheFox's comments: If I recall, the word rupee only replaced gold in certain instances, for the most part, when you pick it up it'll replace gold for rupee(s) or Rupee wallet instead of Coin Purse. The Creation Kit verified that much for me when I looked at it. The only other time it said "Rupee" was with vendors. Outside of that, actual dialogue (spoken or written) are harder to change (so I'm convinced) and will require sophisticated work to edit properly. As far as the models (dis)appearing, they should be working just fine now. Worse comes to worse, I may need to create a whole new .esp file.
For now, I suggest deleting all of the assets and have the mod redownload and see if it helps, if you haven't already.
Does it download with a .bsa file?
