Verified model and texture rendering in-game (and in the Creation Kit) as well as created a new model name and repacked the BSA file.

Discovered that the green rupees (or single gold coins) weren't visible in-game. This should fix that problem.

Changed the sound effects when picking up the rupees. New sound effects are from "The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker" and slightly quieter than their Ocarina of Time counterparts.
