Giddy-Up already supports modded animals. No need for a patch.

If you can't mount the spiders, check the mod settings and configure them however you wish :)

Did you successfully mount a giant spider? When I Trying to mount a spider my pawn just touch the spider and nothing happended it's alway queued:mount on the spider.
I have no problem mounting other animals just can't ride a spider.

I also have this issue, can't mount my spiders. If there is a solution that I am not aware of, please do let me know.
