Noted, will be fixed in today's patch.
All will be added over time. Stay tuned.
This is why it's Alpha. The reason Europe is being slowly removed is to make room for Essos in the future.
That was one of the initial ideas, but gameplay wise it causes way too many headaches and considering how fast the union will disolve its basically not needed.
For house Arryn you could have a three focus tress which either keep you neutral, side with the lannister or side with the Starks.
In exchange for tanks and airplanes mythical(magic) beasts, such as dragons, chariots as well as giants could be used.
Also: Will the White Walkers be added? And, if so, by event or from the beginning of the game?
On an additional not: I am aware of the time period this mod is set to exist in and that at the given period of time the White Walkers were 'inactive', adding them however would spice up the game and challenge the player, similar to 'The Chaos' in the most recent part of the 'Total War' series as well as the 'Warhammer' franchise.
With regard to the naval units I suggest the mod-developers take a look at the Victorian Era Mod and its solution to the problem of a setting within an alternative scenario.
